In the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose International Airport (SJC) provides critical direct air services to both domestic and international destinations. The airport is required to continue facility and service expansion due to the high demand for convenient regional air service. Faith Group has been serving as the airport’s strategic business partner and security and technology consultant since 2016. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to SJC, Faith Group establishes the airport’s overarching vision and IT direction and manages the evolution of IT operations while improving the effectiveness of the current staff, contractors, and IT investments. A key part of this engagement was a multi-year effort to fund transformative initiatives aligned with the Strategic Plan which included:

• IT Strategic Plan, roadmap, and budget which align with the capital development program
• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and implementation plan for the Terminal B Exit Lane Portal and Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS)
• IT network upgrade design and Owner’s representation
• Cybersecurity network monitoring pilot and awareness program
• IT security and cybersecurity awareness program
• Crash phone development, selection, and implementation
• IT project portfolio management program
