Faith Group assisted PANYNJ to develop a Safety Management System (SMS) across all Authority airport facilities. Services performed included airport SMS development, operations process development, risk management, training, facilitation, document review and research, policy guidance, data collection review analysis, and project management. PANYNJ wanted to ensure all five airports were brought into compliance simultaneously.
