As the largest hub for American Airlines, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has been on a continuous expansion and upgrade program for more than 10 years, and Faith Group has provided support services since 2017 through multiple IT IDIQ and Airport Security Technology Consulting contracts. The portfolio of work has included a variety of services including analysis, study, planning, design, construction support, and construction management of technology infrastructure and service delivery. Task orders have included on-site project management and IT systems support, developing Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) / Situational Awareness (SA) platform requirements for the Integrated Operations Center (IOC), network security project management and assessment, access control system concepts of operations (CONOPS) and basis of design, GIS consulting, wireless strategy development, and Office 365 upgrades. In 2020, the firm completed the airport’s first IT Strategic Plan (ITSP) which was executed in multiple phases beginning with an existing conditions assessment, followed by a gap analysis and industry trends & best practices evaluation, and finally a strategic plan and roadmap. The process included more than 150 systems and 50+ airport stakeholders, including involvement from the executive team and the airport’s CEO.
