Faith Group is providing the mechanical design for Lemp and North County clinics renovations for Affinia Healthcare. Staff will participate in Design Meetings with the Team to review and coordinate project requirements, perform HVAC loads using Carrier HAP and selection of equipment (prime to review and comment on equipment selections), perform full HVAC design in Revit to include floor plans, equipment, air systems, system schematics, details, and equipment schedules. Revit work includes using standard templates, developing HVAC specifications, coordinating electrical requirements with the prime, participating in review meetings prior to major milestones to address any comments or coordination issues, and issuing HVAC drawings for each major milestone.
