Organizations rely on secure networks and IT infrastructure to operate, communicate, and make informed data-driven business decisions. Whether our clients operate from owner-occupied facilities or in multi-tenant environments, it is increasingly critical to implement secure networks, services, and infrastructure. We design and develop client-specific IT networks and communications systems that reliably and securely store and transmit data. Our goal is to reduce the client’s risk exposure and lighten the infrastructure management burden by developing scalable and highly available system architecture.

Our Focus

Faith Group plans and designs the complete information technology infrastructure environment, from physical cabling, modern routing and switching typologies, and cloud and virtual service hosting. We work with clients to determine the best solutions to converge both industrial controls and enterprise systems on a secure, zero-trust network architecture. Our staff focuses on creating a software-defined fabric network to automate infrastructure and alleviate the burden on the client’s staff. This allows your network to orchestrate and configure details based on your parameters, which ultimately creates a more secure and efficient business operation.

With the understanding that ROI, revenue generation, and use case expansion are becoming critical to infrastructure, we study and understand our clients’ current and desired business processes to match the appropriate technology with the optimal recommendation. One of the more adaptable use cases that Faith Group is leading relies on wireless and real-time location services (RTLS). This infrastructure is the foundation for layering additional use cases such as asset tracking, queue management, visitor and employee notifications, geo-location, revenue generating analytics, heat mapping, wayfinding, and several other intuitive operational and customer experience benefits. Faith Group is also a leader in developing Private LTE for clients to provide a cellular network that is efficient, flexible, scalable, and resilient.

From the start, our telecommunications and low voltage staff designs with a system of systems in mind, that goes beyond simply providing a drop to every desk. Since everything is connected to the cabling system, our staff takes a broad and long-term approach to designing telecommunications. We use our in-house subject matter expertise to incorporate all specialty system needs into the design to right-size the project for what the client needs, which helps to avoid costly and impactful changes later in the project. Our staff is certified by and actively participate as a driving force within BICSI, ANSI, and EIA/TIA, continuously applying and refreshing our knowledge, training, and staying on top of industry standards.
