Our Innovation Lab is a core offering of Faith Group’s Professional Services discipline and is part of our unique project delivery strategy for our clients. The knowledge we gain through hands-on research, testing, troubleshooting, and integration allows Faith Group to recommend and design modern, forward-focused solutions which are aligned with clients’ business objectives and exceed their expectations. Our Lab can support client needs related to pilot programs, custom integrations, software development, diagnostics and remediation, and customized training experiences.
Vendor & Manufacturer Advancements
To maintain the success of our Innovation Lab, we work with manufacturers and vendors, in partnership with our sister company Saefix, to continuously stay ahead of the technology development curve. Proposed technology solutions are evaluated in our Innovation Lab environment against real-world use cases for complex integrated systems across the full project lifecycle. To achieve this, we partner with a variety of industry-leading stakeholders and technology standards organizations to establish and personally vet the effectiveness of systems in meeting defined use cases. In return, we can provide feedback on potential use cases that can also be incorporated into vendors’ future roadmaps for new products, features & functionalities, and integrations.
Turnkey Solutions
Working with Saefix, we deliver turnkey solutions within our rapid prototyping and development environment. These scaled concepts and integrations are then further developed into a phased production approach and playbook to directly realize strategic value.
