Tyler Kelly, Sr. Design Engineer/SOCAL Market Leader
Tyler joined the team in January 2022, as Sr. Design Engineer and Southern California (SOCAL) Market Leader. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, as well as RCDD certification and PE (Electrical) license. Tyler has been in the low voltage industry for 18+ years across most markets, primarily Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Healthcare, Education, and Mixed-Use projects. His experience has ranged from design engineer, project manager, and client-side roles. Tyler will bring his expertise in design engineering to the team, as well as strong project management, business development, marketing, leadership, capability working with large-scale multi-million-dollar projects, and knowledge & connections within the SOCAL market – for clients such as Google.
Ron Birkla, Sr. Systems Consultant
Ron Birkla joined the firm in February 2022, as a Sr. Systems Consultant. He will strengthen the team through his expertise in systems engineering. Ron has been in the audiovisual (AV) industry for nearly 30 years. After a short run in production and live performance engineering, he was offered a role that switched him to the integration side of A/V. Since then, his engineering and project management portfolio has grown to include global projects for Disney, Universal, Hard Rock International, and nearly every branch of the U.S. Department of Defense.
Hamsa Nagaraju, Project Controls Manager
Hamsa Nagaraju joined the team in January 2022 as a Project Controls Manager for our JFK T1 projects. She will bring her expertise within Controls to strengthen Faith Group’s operations team, working with large-scale projects directly with the client. She holds a BS in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and an MS in Environmental Health Sciences from the Case Western Reserve University. Hamsa brings 20+ years’ experience within project and controls management, including forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and strong leadership & mentorship skills.
Terry France, Sr. Security Systems Designer
Terry is a new Sr. Security Systems Designer, joining the team back in November 2021 and will be working remotely from Cheyenne, WY. He has been in the security Industry for more than 30 years. Terry has worked in most vertical markets including Petrochemical, Military, Healthcare, Education, Aviation, and projects in Qatar and UAE. He will bring extensive experience working within this diverse range of industries and security systems design & construction to the team. Terry has an ability to jump into large-scale multi-million-dollar projects and provide expertise in problem solving and providing efficient and effective solutions to projects that have multiple issues and challenges.
Chris Phillips, CAD/BIM Technician
Chris joined the firm in February as a CAD/BIM Technician working out of the St. Louis office. He holds his BA in Management from Lindenwood University, with Cum Laude honors. He brings 20 years’ experience working in the event and entertainment Industry. For the past 7 years he has worked at Lindenwood University where he ran all technical aspects of theater and taught AutoCAD in the theater department. Chris will bring his expertise in CAD and BIM to the engineering team, enhancing and broadening large-scale projects.
Justin McLean, Sr. Systems Designer
Justin recently joined the team in our St. Louis office as a Sr. Systems Designer. He brings more than 12 years of IT and Security Systems experience, as well as infrastructure design, on a number of domestic and international projects through all sectors including Government, Higher Education, Convention Centers, Hospitality, Office High-Rise, Mixed-Use Tenant, and Aviation. His domestic IT and Security design experience also includes an understanding of UFC, IFC, DHS, TSA, and CBP standards, ensuring compliant, well-coordinated design that meets or exceeds the client’s requirements for present and future needs. Justin also has experience in audiovisual (AV) and LAN systems, enabling seamless coordination with internal and external consultants in order to provide a fully coordinated infrastructure design.
Matt Fisher, Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Matt has joined Faith Group as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. He holds Professional Engineer (PE) licenses in Missouri and Illinois, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Green Building Engineer (GBE), and LEED AP BD+C credential. Matt has 18 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He spent the first 12 years of his career with various engineering consulting firms in the St. Louis area designing and consulting on mechanical systems before he went to work for Trane’s Performance Contracting Group as a Project Developer where he led the technical development of projects ranging in size from $1M-$14M of construction work. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from John Brown University.
