Announced on October 19, 2024 at the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Fall Conference, Bill Foy and Joe Fallon have both been re-elected to serve another term of office on the BICSI Board of Directors. Both Bill and Joe will assume their roles on January 1, 2025.
For the past five years, Bill Foy has been a dedicated member of the BICSI Board of Directors, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s direction. Nearly a year ago, he was promoted to Treasurer, a role in which he demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial stewardship. Recently re-elected to serve on the Board for another four years, Bill will officially assume the role of President-Elect on January 1, 2025. After serving as President-Elect for one year, he will take over as President for a two-year term. Following his Presidency, he will transition to Immediate Past President for an additional year, providing guidance and mentorship to the next leader before concluding his tenure on the board.
Bill is a Sr. Project Manager for Faith Group. He leads and manages the low voltage system design team and process from its inception to completion. With more than 35 years of experience, specializing in the design and construction of a variety of limited energy systems, as well as data centers, campus environments, healthcare hospitality, and corporate offices. His expertise includes structured cabling, electronic security, outside plant, and wireless systems. Bill is proud to hold all six BICSI credentials: RCDD, NTS, OSP, WD, ESS, DCDC. “The training, credentials, and networking provided through BICSI have been the driving factor in my career. I would not be where I am today had it not been for my BICSI exposure,” says Bill Foy. Bill’s upcoming presidency in 2026 represents both a continuation of excellence and the beginning of a new chapter in BICSI’s leadership.
Joe Fallon was also elected to continue serving as Director At-Large. At-Large Directors serve two-year terms and may be re-elected consecutively for a total of four (4) years and/or nominated to go further on the Board of Directors. In this role, Joe will continue shaping BICSI’s strategic direction, focusing on membership, education, training, events, certifications, and standards. He is committed to advancing the ICT profession while upholding BICSI’s core values of integrity, service, and excellence. “Being a member of the BICSI Board of Directors has provided me with the ability to contribute to an industry that has been a part of my entire professional career. It is an industry that constantly evolves, and it is very rewarding to have a hands-on role in that continued evolution” says Joe Fallon.
Joe is the Director of Security and Construction Services for Faith Group. He leads the firm’s security consulting, site services, construction administration, and commissioning groups to enhance service offerings and improve project delivery, along with serving on the Leadership Team. His technical expertise includes electronic safety and security, information and communications technology, and cybersecurity considerations. Joe recently earned the Aviation Security Professional Manager (AVSEC PM) certification from the International Civil Aviation Organization (specialized agency of the United Nations), in addition to his Physical Security Professional (PSP), Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications.
