Faith Group provided commissioning services for the Library’s Clark Family Branch located in Ladue, MO. The Clark Family Branch is a stunning, 2-story building, 74,000 sq ft., and is the largest branch in the St. Louis County Library District. The client’s construction team engaged Faith Group as the commissioning authority (CxA) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing and Building Automation Systems during the construction, occupancy, and closeout phases.  

Within this space, our commissioning team was heavily utilized for the sign off of the Genealogy/Rare Books section within the new space that would house atmospherically sensitive material the County is entrusted to preserve. The Owner has such a high level of confidence in our performance they have asked us to sign off on completion of elements not normally included in the commissioning scope of work.
