Safety Management System Implementation Plan

The Department of Airports (DOA) developed and implemented a Safety Management System (SMS) for Palm Beach International Airport. Faith Group led the development of a gap analysis and then an implementation plan, which was submitted to the FAA rulemaking for FAA approval. Once approved, Faith Group began assisting the Airport by continuing with development of the SMS manual which reflects how and what DOA will do for safety at the airport.
