The Aviation Department needed to develop and implement a Safety Management System (SMS) for the Airport to comply with FAA rulemaking. Faith Group led development of a gap analysis and then helped create, write, and publish an Implementation Plan for FAA approval and an SMS Manual in a form acceptable to the Executive Director of Aviation and in compliance with 14 CFR Part 139 Amendment, Subpart E.
