Faith Group supported Boise Air Terminal (BOI) in the development of a Safety Management System (SMS) Manual and Implementation Plan. BOI desired to first establish the SMS program in the airside environment with a plan to later apply the program to the rest of the property, including the terminal and landside areas. Faith Group provided a sustainable, efficient, and effective FAA-compliant SMS program that could be implemented with minimal disruption to BOI’s existing processes and procedures and could be easily transferable to the entire enterprise in the future.
