Professional Construction Management and Inspection Services for Citywide Security Camera Installation

For Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Citywide Security Cameras program, Faith Group is providing full-time, on-site construction inspection services to the City during preconstruction, construction, and closeout. Our inspector is responsible for overall contract compliance, contract change order review, schedule changes, construction inspections, quantity calculations and verification, and other tasks.

The project includes the installation of a new video surveillance system over new cable infrastructure connected to the existing City network. Phase 1 and Phase 2 includes four municipal sites: Public Works Yard, City Hall, Fire Department, and Police Department. Faith Group was also issued a two-year on-call construction management and inspection services contract for future Phase 3 of the project, which will include Manhattan Heights Community Center, Arts Center, Joslyn Community Center, and Live Oak Park.
