Value Add Center

Renewal by Andersen needed to expand their Cottage Grove campus with a new 350,000 sf., $35M Value Add Center to include a large open warehouse, manufacturing space, and administration offices. The new office space includes an employee training and development center, along with expanded on-site parking for cars and trailers. This new facility has paved the way for growth by freeing up space in their existing facility for future product line expansions.

Connecting the new Value Add Center with the existing facilities required the interconnection of multiple HVAC system components conditioning one contiguous space and required careful engineering, substantial review, and coordination. Faith Group, as part of the integrated design-build team, provided MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the new Center. Our services also included energy modeling to verify energy code compliance under the Minnesota State energy code (following ASHRAE 90.1 performance-based approach).
