MoZaic East

New Mixed Use Facility

Faith Group provided design-build support services to the design-build team for MEP/FP systems, energy code compliance, and LEED commissioning on the MoZaic East facility project. In addition to supporting the build-out of three full floors of the new core and shell building for a new tenant, Faith Group also worked with the design team on conceptual design, preparation of the design development level bid set issued to subcontractors, review of bids and bid comparisons to provide recommendations on award, review of construction challenges, and review of the installation design drawings and product submittals.

Working in a fast-paced environment, Faith Group achieved the project’s goal of LEED Silver and ultimately achieved LEED Gold Certification within the allocated timeframe and budget, while accommodating tenants moving into the facility’s commercial retail and office spaces. This LEED Gold certified project included a new 200,000 sf. 8-story multi-use office/retail complex, underground parking garage, first floor retail and restaurants, and open office spaces.
