The building offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, along with top-of-market amenities: clubroom, outdoor kitchen, lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, golf simulator, game room, work-from-home stations, and 288 parking spaces. Faith Group provided MEP/FP engineering to the design-build team. The property features The Study, a designated work-from-home space with individual offices and conference rooms. The Study was integrated into the project after construction began and was a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic which created demand for flexible working space.
